Shipping policy

Third Shift Coffee is a specialty coffee roasting company. All coffee orders are roasted to order and shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS. Due to the perishable nature of fresh-roasted coffee, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

In addition to coffee roasting, SP Third Shift Coffee offers consulting and coaching services for food and beverage entrepreneurs. These services are delivered entirely digitally via video meetings, email, and shared online workspaces - no physical products are shipped in connection with consulting engagements. All consulting and coaching payments are non-refundable as stated in the signed Coaching and Consulting Agreement executed prior to the start of each engagement.
