Single Origin - Peru - Cajamarca

From the highlands of Cajamarca, Peru, comes a coffee built around sweetness, balance, and the kind of comfort that keeps you reaching for another cup. This one is roasted a little darker than our typical single origins, bringing out a deeper, richer side of the coffee while still preserving the character of where it came from.

In the cup, you’ll find notes of toasted pecan, rich brown sugar, and a soft pop of apricot. It’s warm and nutty up front, followed by a deep caramel-like sweetness and just enough fruit to keep things interesting. Smooth, full-bodied, and dangerously easy to drink.

This coffee is fully washed, a process that gives it a clean, structured foundation. We take the roast a little further than we normally do with our single origins, developing more sweetness, body, and those warm toasted flavors without pushing it into traditional dark roast territory.
